It's currently unclear how the promotion process works within my pillar. There's a lot of ambiguity, and no real defined career path. This is both good and bad. Good because it offers flexibility to move around and grow in areas one might excel at, but bad if you are generally an autonomous person that requires guidance on how to develop your career.
There seem to be plenty of opportunities moving forward.
