We hold one social event every month, which is a combination of in office and out of office activities. The money raised through the employee social club fee ($7 per fortnight) goes towards these events. The workplace culture is mostly good. 50% of our office is under 30, so the social aspect is always good (for me) and the events are enjoyable.
