There is a buddy program for new joiners that helps freshers to adapt to the organization. This is the major source of training for us. Then there are many softwares that help us learn about the tax law.
My team receive a variety of regular training across various topics , including internal and external training. My team always encourage feedback on areas to provide training on. The development opportunities such as attending university open days, attending fund manager lunches and presenting team and firm wide have allowed me to build upon my interpersonal and social skills. The regular catch ups with a senior person have allowed me to aim high with my goals and also held me accountable. It also provides a safe space to address any concerns privately which I enjoy. The performance feedback is also valuable, and similar to my regular catch ups however in a more formal setting.
