I think the pay could greatly be improved, and it has made me consider leaving as I know I could be payed more for less work in a lot of other companies. Improving this is a great way for decreasing turn over and shows appreciation. Especially with cost of living and graduate specific Hecs Debt I think a higher salary is required even if its a 6 monthly in an pay increase and shows the company is grateful for you progress and taking on more responsibility which happens naturally. In my role especially, I have started doing safety advisor work on a graduate's salary which makes me feel underappreciated by the company at times.
Initially, I appreciated the salary offer, but with the rising cost of living, it would be beneficial to receive a pay increase.
As it's my first year with the company, I can't provide much insight into bonuses. However, I do anticipate a pay rise based on performance.
Adbri don't pay bonus to graduate I believe
