My managers do a great job at connecting with the team on a regular basis. Whether this is through regular check-ins or being available through internal messaging platforms, they always show up and, in the process, they make good mentors.

Very satisfied with my managers, they are always available and definitely make good mentors. Always receiving feedback, support, praise and recognition and I feel very valued and supported in being able to add value.
Managers are very sharp and communicate well. Only issue is that they can be hard to get a hold of because they are very busy.
