The interview process was very well structured. I met plenty of Adobe representatives and had several opportunities to talk through my motivations and interests.
I had 5 rounds of interviews which were well organised. Michael my talent agent always kept me up-to-date with what was happening. The last component of the hiring process was a task.
The interview process was seamless, there was the initial application, heard back from HR approx. 2 weeks later. It was a 4 round interview process - all 4 interviews were completed within 2 weeks - so it was very fast, and communication was so great. I had to complete a Spark page about myself which was great, allowed me to show my creative side + get further in touch with Adobe products.
Many rounds of interviews including several senior managers as well as with the managing director.
