I work a minimum of 40 hours and work from home 2 to 3 days out of 5 each week
Working arrangements (hours and remote work) are both quite flexible which is a huge bonus. While there is not the explicit requirement to work long hours, sometimes nothing gets done to fix long term problems with resourcing, with more short term solutions being offered.
