The company culture is in flux. It is going through a massive re-organisation into functional areas. As such, morale is low. Due to the work location in the industrial area near Brisbane Airport, there are few amenities nearby.
Very friendly and open atmosphere. My manager was always interacting with my team. They were always asking for ways to improve, and what things were working or not.
Cooperation and teamwork is always exemplary - makes acclimatising to a new job much easier than you would expect. The team is very social outside of the office as well, which again makes starting a new job straight out of uni much easier.
