Generally I think training programmes were available but as a work experience student I did not have access to these resources.
Video training, allowing you to learn the basics of working at Airbus. They also offer training programs regularly, but I did not attend these.
Internal training is focused on soft skills and personal development (communication, conflict resolution, negotiation skills, etc.), and there are plenty of opportunities for ongoing technical training in your area to meet both your career goals and the needs of the company.
