Great and inclusive co-workers with a lot of team building activities. Social/networking events too. Excellent workplace culture.
Whilst there are great pockets of culture across the organisation, it suffers as a whole due to unnecessary hierarchy and siloes between departments, which really limits communication and collaboration.
I struggle to socialise already as I am neurodivergent but, due to others having been with the business for a long time, some folks are quite negative as the business has changed quite a lot during their time here and some still say offensive words, so I am often having to excuse myself from conversations to take care of the load on my mental health.
Everyone is extremely friendly
