Area Managers do not receive lieu leave for time worked above 50 hours per week. Area Managers do not earn sales bonuses, which is a negative.
Pay is structured over four years with an increase each year. No bonuses are provided as the pay is very competitive and the high calibre Area Managers are intrinsically driven to achieve results.
The pay rate is very fair. Area Managers do not receive bonuses. The only exception to this is the referral bonus, which applies if you refer a candidate and they are successful through the probationary period.
