Alinta is extremely flexible with working arrangements including early/late starts and remote work. The workload is very manageable.
My work hours are from 8:30 am - 5 pm, with a 30 minute lunch break. The working hours and arrangements are quite flexible. However there is now a requirement to come into the office for 3 days during the week which can limit flexibility for a fair number of employees.
Alinta has flexible working arrangements, employees are encouraged to come to the office at least 2-3 days a week.
Work from home 2x per week. Flexible start and finish times (as long as you clock your daily/weekly hours, as identified in your contract)
Average day is 9-5, although this is very flexible depending on your situation. Current rules require at least 3 days in the office every week, although again this is somewhat flexible depending on your manager.
