Great location. offices vary - some are new and others are old buildings with limited facilities (could use some refurbishment). dress code depends on division. some have uniform shirt. unless public facing, generally very relaxed.
The company has great facilitates, however (in my area) there is no real area to "lounge" like a tea room or something. the office area is great. most people share an office (it is not an open floor plan or hotdesking). the dress code is smart casual, however in my business area i see everything from dress pants and long sleeve button up shirts, to jeans and converse.
Anything from half-smart casual up to full suit type attire. very flexible.
