Culture is team dependent. Most people do their work and keep outside life personal. Desk lunch is not uncommon.
It is somewhat hierarchical in some teams, socialising is good in most teams. Grads are welcomed and treated well most of the time.
Teamwork and collaboration is emphasised
Dependent on teams - some teams i've been with have no culture both in and out of office. People stick to themselves (go for coffees themselves, lunch by themself, no after hours activities/drinks) other teams are more social from team lunches, to coffees every morning to drinks after work.
