Pay is pretty decent for a grad role - benefits that are good can be around banking eg. Credit cards you get your annual fee waived as a staff member. If you are looking for a home loan etc there are some perks too not sure as to what exactly haven't got a loan. We also get 2 my days per year which are personal days of leave on top of annual leave that you can use to reset or take time off. Also after 3 years at anz you can get loyalty leave which is an extra week of leave on top of the 4 weeks of annual leave you receive per year.
