As a grad, team dependent. Good to rotate through different areas and exposed to different responsibilities.
I enjoy my role and day-to-day tasks, most of the time is it analysing data, great to do work that relates to what I studies at university.
I usually do pretty bau work that is required from the team on a daily basis, and then some ad-hoc things that require some help. Sometimes it feels like teams or colleagues prefer to do things on their own than invest time and energy with a grad since they can do it better themselves, it takes a while to understand and the grad is likely not in the team long-term.
