The pay is fine. It's definitely not outstanding by any means. There are other graduate roles in some electrical companies paying 1.2x or higher what I get. But the workplace is really nice here and I do have a lot of fun with my colleagues.
The payment is good, we would always like more money but for the role is ok. I would be happier with more mentor from senior rather than perks on this stage of my career.
