Multiple seminars, linkedin learning, and lecture/videos
I believe the training and development opportunities within the graduate program could be more structured and more regular. However, within my team I have been exposed and given the opportunity to undertake several trainings to further develop my knowledge and skills for me to be able to better undertake my role.
Some supervisors need to help mentor more, as I feel like I've been thrown in the deep end a lot, and when I ask for help, they tell me to figure it out myself.
The ASC provide a really great, informative induction program for all employees to learn more about the company. The company provide you with their own interactive learning system and seminars throughout the year to progress yourself awareness, career development and progression. We receive mentors as graduates and have monthly performance reviews and check ins with our manager.
