As outlined in the employee contract, there is a designated core period during the day when you are expected to be available. Outside of this, working hours can be adjusted based on your personal needs, the company's requirements, and client expectations. The balance between office presence and working from home is a separate consideration and depends on client needs, as well as the specific operations and work patterns of each office.
Ascent allows me to work on a flexible full-time schedule, as well as providing me the opportunity to work from home. I have been able to adjust the number of hours I work in a day, and work from home to allow for errands such as doctor appointments and the like.

My employer is fairly relaxed about my work hours. It varies team-to-team, but the expectation is to work 8 hours per day, with start times from 9am and earlier, and finish times from 3:30pm onwards. However, the day-to-day needs are flexible and late starts and early finishes are easily arranged as needed.
