Current manager is very approachable and encourages open comms. Can't speak for all managers at the company as I haven't interacted with them
I found both my manager and mentor to be highly accessible and approachable. They consistently made time for check-ins, whether scheduled or not, and I never felt hesitant to reach out with questions. They always made time for me, whether it was quick questions or longer check-ins, which made a big difference.
