APM program is very supported by leadership, experienced PMs. We have experienced mentors and managers, as well as a cohort to go through challenges together
I had weekly 1/1 catchups with my manager where we went over my performance on tasks. The feedback was super transparent and I always felt completely confident I knew where I stood in terms of my performance. During onboarding I got to complete design-based modules to upskill in Figma etc. I also had weekly sparring sessions with other design interns to give feedback as well as feedback sessions I could attend with senior designers to present my work and get feedback.
