I think the organisation does an good job at ensuring diversity and supporting women and LGBTIQA+ community.
I think Aurecon is extremely diverse and encourages diversity, I do not feel like I am affected by my gender within the workplace which is nice!
When looking around the office, the management structure and who i work with, it is clear the company is committed to diversity.
