Most of it has been online, which is good. There are a lot of training programs you can self-nominate to do which is very useful. Informal training I think would be considered working through projects and getting feedback, personally I enjoy this kind of learning.
There are frequent learning opportunities throughout the week, such as internal presentations which are insightful. When onboarding and available at anytime, there are plenty of online resources and recordings focused on company and discipline specific training.
My team lacks the structure and maturity to have any formal training which has been disappointing.
