There's a social committee at the company so always a chance to be social with coworkers. Big graduate presence and everyone gets along pretty well, eat lunch together most of the time and sometimes play cards at lunch
Culture in the office is good it is very flat, with managers collaborating with graduates and other employees often, laid back culture as a graduate, not very high pressure which is good as a first year employee. After hours is OK, there are social events here and there but mostly just social drinks, could use a few more larger events.
Ausenco has a great culture, one of the best things about the company. Good people that help their colleagues develop
Very sociable and friendly culture with lots of cross-discipline collaboration. Quality output is a shared goal amongst everyone. My team makes an effort to attend team building and technical events together. Lots of buy-in to the team culture.
