As part of the grad programme we have been invited to many training opportunities. the HR specific grad program has taught me really good HR specific skills (as well as skills around presenting, project management, and stakeholder engagement). The APS Graduate hackathons (and other entire APS grad program wide events) are similar too.
Theres a learning platform with E-courses to self uplift (with supervisorial permissions), and the teams often have their own uplifting campaigns/trainings for work/concepts that specifically related to their work.
There have been numerous opportunities for workplace training, whether through platforms like LearnHub and APSLearn, or through recommendations by my supervisors and senior staff.
