My work is incredibly flexible, with 2 days in office, and exactly 37.5hr weeks. If I need to work from home on a particular day my supervisor is very happy to allow this. The only thing better would be a mandated 4 day work week.
Work hours a flexibly managed with each employees supervisor. Work from home (remote work) arrangements completed in a similar manner.
Very flexible
I'm certainly very happy that I have been afforded the opportunity to work from home once a week. However, the expectation as a graduate to be in the office as much as possible is quite difficult for someone like myself, who has to commute a greater distance than most to the office, and it does often feel quite redundant as most of my current team are interstate and work from home. This definitely affects my work life balance negatively, as it feels like I don't have much time away from work during the week.
There is flex so if you were over, you get the time back at a different point. They are very good about WFH arrangements
