From memory there was the initial application, then 2 skills assessment and the final one-to-one virtual interview. The initial application was pretty simple. The 2 skill assessments were pretty basic too as they required our knowledge of general situations and digital literacy. The hardest was the virtual interview. I personally experienced significant issues with my Teams audio and video connection on the day. I personally would've preferred if my interview could be done on another day. I did feel that the interviewers could have been more considerate. Additionally, the questions asked were difficult, as most expected a STAR response. I personally got stuck on one or two questions which the interviewers repeated a few times to see if I could answer it. This also was a bit hard to handle and made me doubt if I would be successful in the interview.
Each step/assessment came with clear instructions and was not hard to understand and follow.
