Very well compensated for an internship role.
We get 5 days of additional leave per year on a use it or lose it basis. If our super is with AustralianSuper we do not have to pay income insurance on our super. We get relocation leave and renumeration. CFA is all paid for + 8 days of study leave. Given we are a profit for member organisation we do get free tickets/dinners/etc. All our extra perks have to be in our members' best financial interests.
