I don't really socialise outside of work but had attended some post work social events that have helped me develop my professional relationships. The social interaction from the graduate program and peers is minimal. I have even tried to organise a social event and no one showed up. It been hard to build relationships throughout my time in the program due to the limited interactions we have within the structure of the program.
The culture in my team is very supportive and friendly. Calls always have a funny moment and I feel comfortable to mention upcoming exams, with my team wishing me good luck. I always feel comfortable to ask for help whether it is from my small team or another team within the project. Out of hours, my mentor/line manager has messaged to wish me good luck on exams. Very positive culture.
All employees I have met are welcoming and friendly to all new starters. Teamwork is essential and at the core of the organisation, along with socialising and chatting in the workplace to ensure the environment creates a good culture to work in.
A very good and transparent team/culture. Everyone is friendly, accommodating and willing to help. No complaints. Given Hunter teams, its difficult to find a set organisational structure as there is a lot of movement. It would be nice a defined organisation structure so contacts are easy to find especially if a specific skillset is needed.
