The cohort that I was hired with was very diverse. There is also a gender-equity strategy and multiple diversity groups to join.
BAE openly promotes diversity through trainings, engagement and creating roles designed for Aboriginal people.
My team so far, I've retains people that have come through whether it be through DIPS or Grads. So the job security aspect is somewhat reassuring. Promotion from what I've seen is rare and not much promotion happens within my team. Diversity and inclusion is withheld and the team is quite diverse in culture.
