I felt I was given good and reliable support from my manager. I was recognised and praised for my efforts via a PDO award.
My manager/mentor is amazing, they always are willing to help me where I am at, and gives recognition to my work. They frequently ask how I am going with work and uni.
My mentors have been incredible during my time so far. I feel supported in all I do and that they really want the best for me, continually building my skill set and allowing me to network with various people across the company.
Managers are very accessible. My manager is a very good mentor, he is very transparent and helps me in my own development. I always bounce ideas and ask him for advice as first point of contact. We're very open and transparent with each other in terms of thoughts, performance and praise and we normally have sit downs to talk about performance, concerns and future scope.
