I think the space is great - I have settled in - breakfast is great also - is a good incentive. Dress code I would say is smart casual. I haven't had any client meetings to formally dress yet.
We have a dress for your day policy. Office is well-maintained and has modern facilities.
Current arrangement provides a clean and spacious area to work in, and adequate kitchen facilities. However, BDO will be hot-desking from around December 2025 onwards. This will mean that teams won't be sitting together and in my opinion defeats the purpose of coming into an office to work together. Also concerning considering the sensitive materials/information my team and I work with daily, as it will be kuch harder to discuss matters. Dress code is 'dress for your day', however with the nature of my work being so reactive, I always dress for client-facing (personal choice).
