The interview process was quite straightforward we were place in groups and told to have a discussion around specific client scenarios. I thought this was a great idea as we gained comfort with each other and got some good communication going. We then were interviewed individually which was just like a normal conversation.

Application process was straight forward. Interview and assessments weren't technically based, so I found it was more respectful of my degree than other firms in the industry.
