Pay is good, both as an intern and a graduate, and bonuses are given to all full/part -time employees based on personal and company performance
Good pay and bonuses at lower levels eg grads. less competitive in P2 roles
My pay is one of the highest starting wages for someone in my role across various companies, but sadly the starting wage is not high enough to combat the current cost of living crisis.
