Training has been good and as a grad, they budget for it
Training is good and availble but you do need to ask and get approval for most of it. The generic online training can be a little dull, but it is informative
The online training is well done and covers almost all aspects required to start your job and understanding the company you work for. As for on the job training I have received very little formal training and have been doing by job by previously learned skills, or who ever is next to me on the day giving me a quick hand.
