The intern program was well structured with lots of workshops alongside working experience. This was helpful in providing a wide range of skills needed and provided experience and a team that helped coach/mentor.
The training programmes were very helpful and offered frequently. I was able to develop skills to utilise different types of programs required for my role.
They provide links for training sessions within the company as well as external. I've gotten training for InMoment, will be attending some webinars and my general manager holds some training sessions for excel every 3 months or so.
The formal training consisted of simple modules that were very general but related to the industry. I found much more value from the in-formal training where my mentors worked with me to develop my skills in my day to day work
