I enjoy being in office, it's easier to have a conversation and ask a question than it is to message someone on teams. Though I do appreciate the flexibility of being able to WFH. Out of office hours // non existent
A very welcoming and inclusive team.
Generally, highly cooperative and culture with a focus on teamwork without too much power distance between individuals allowing for open and honest input. Some people can be highly protective of their work however. Socialising is good in the office but there isn't much of a culture of spending time with colleagues after hours.
The office culture is good - people get along well though not much happens after hours. Whilst there is structure and hierarchy, everyone is approachable and friendly.
bp has a very positive working culture. Everyone is very supportive and willing to help others learn and grow. The senior leaders are very approachable and are willing to offer advice and mentor their younger colleagues. Working for a global organisation, it can be difficult at time to navigate the complexities of the organisation, but there many people who are willing to support you with this.
