Everyone is overall super lovely and great to work with. My team is incredible and i'm really enjoying being a part of it. I'm not too sure as this may be partially because i don't belong to a particular business unit, but i haven't been involved in many after hours social activities, other than a few post work drinks that was organised outside of work.
My rotations have been with two different businesses. Both have lovely people. There is no strong hierarchy, and i have been able to have casual conversations with higher level management. The culture is one of the aspects i appreciate the most.
The workplace culture is very friendly and the team are very welcoming and supportive. All of the managers are very approachable and set time aside to teach you. They are very respectful and let you do your work, your own way, at your own pace, no micromanaging and no contact outside of work hours. Good relationships throughout the whole team. The only thing i wish was that there were more young people in the office as everyone is quite a lot older. It would be nice to have another grad or young person working in the same office.
Colleagues are often more than willing to help with great enthusiasm to work through any problems you may have.
