The recruitment process was relatively standard for graduate roles. You had your cv and cover letter submissions, then your video interviews and psychometric tests. We had two back-to-back 30 minute interviews that were conducted online. There were no assessment centres.
There were a few assessments - cognitive etc. Followed by two back to back interviews, each with two people.

I applied for the job online and received an online assessment shortly after. Once i was shortlisted, i got a call from one of the hr team members asking what i knew about bunzl and set up 2 video interviews with sales managers around australia. When i received the offer, i only had 3 days to accept it. Overall, the process was easy and the hr team was supportive through the process however i wish i had a bit longer to think the offer through.
The interview included submitting the application, conducting a competence assessment, then a pre-recorded video interview, then a final live teams interview.
