I think the training programs are fairly ineffective, just being some onboarding videos. It felt a bit like they just dumped us into the roles and expected us to hit the ground running. I have learnt a lot from actually doing the job, but it might have been nice to have more structured training, especially on engineering specific tasks. It feels like it's very much on the senior members of the team to mentor you.
Training wise everything is good.
