Actively promotes diversity through recruitment and promotion. Admin policies such as maternity leave have been re-worded to support all in the LGBTIQA+ community.
We have a bunch of cool programs to support diverse groups, we have networks and committees that support activities. For example we have the Indigenous Employee network, Pride network (LGBTIQA+), Women's network, Asian Employee network and other networks targeted at all our staff to provide community and support. Parental leave has been extended to both parents and from an outside perspective seems good.
