Positive. Friendly. Welcoming culture. Likes to think it doesn't have much of a hierarchy but in practice it does. Very collaborative within work streams but not so between or outside of work streams.
Most people are friendly and approachable. Social Club runs a number of events, however the team culture is quite variable from section to section.
Generally, people are very friendly. As the agency is quite small, it feels like everyone knows each other, which means that it's easier to approach high-level managers without any sense of apprehension. Most teams recognise the importance of personal relationships and make an effort to meet up socially outside of work hours, which is great.
