I believe Cochlear offers great promotion possibilities for people who want to deep dive into what we do. It takes the usual amount of self initiative and involvement to move up in ranks, and some people can be promoted to senior within 4 years. I believe that the managers do try to provide opportunity to show promotion material, though this may require them to involve more 1on1 catchups to check in on career progression happiness. I don't see this as much
It seems as though with time, most people are promoted. However, it is unclear how high you can move up the ranks. It is very unclear what is required from a person to be promoted
Multiple paths available depending on employee need. e.g. technical engineer route (junior -> senior -> principle engineer), business/management route
