Generally quite good, people get along quite well without office cliches. There are not too much after hours activities, possibly due to little incentivisation and little interaction between teams. There is alot of hierarchal management involved, from team leads, managers, directors and VPs, but the good is thing is that everyone sits together. Teamwork and approachability is quite good between people, some banter but mostly business focused. Socialising among colleagues is not super open, but rather only if colleages have personal connections.
Most people are very easy to get along within. Casual chatter occurs in the office, but not to the extent where productivity is impacted. Managers will often start meetings with general conversation which is nice. Teamwork is ok, but seems to lack when it comes to communication between departments
Socialising amongst the graduates is great - both during office hours and outside of office hours. in terms of my broader team, there is good cooperation within the team while we are working but not a lot of socialising.
Culture is welcoming and helpful lower in the hierarchy but diminishes the further up you move
