They are great mentors. We know that there is alot of talk about interns and grads that we dont hear about until the end when someone mentions to us 'as I'm sure you know', but we dont know. There is alot of deliberation behind doors, which isnt an entirely big deal but would be better to hide it completely, or have it in the open.
I have no complaints about my mangers. They are easy to reach, answer questions as best as they can, and respond promptly. They seem passionate about my growth and my access to feedback
Some managers are extremely approachable, always willing to help and have a basic respect for your time and needs. Some managers are harder to approach, due to being busy or due to hierarchy, but I do not feel that there is no one I can go to in these cases,
Managers are usually easy to talk to and are useful in helping to guide you to meet your career goals.
