Good balance of impact and difficulty. Lightweight enough when asked for a lighter workload in some periods, decently heavy with learning curve at times as well.
So far, I like the projects I am given. They are fun and interesting, and help me learn. They are also fairly impactful, which really helps with engagement. The rotations have been a great way to see parts of the company I have not seen before, and really help cultivate my interests
I manage HR-related issues. I have learnt a lot since joining my team. I have really enjoyed working with people and learning what issues come up centrally in the business. I have also learnt a lot of the company's policies and I have been given a real crash course in how the company works due to the types of cases that I am managing.
Work changes day to day and has usually been technically challenging and interesting.
