Office space is adequate, however, requesting what equipment we want for our desks is almost non existent, for eg. standing desks, better chairs, monitor stands. Location at Macquarie Park is great. Facilities is handled well. Could be better with offering food and snacks rather than resorting to the cafe downstairs.
I think the offices are comfortable. Some meeting rooms can get very hot. The desks are not too small or big. I think the chairs can be a bit uncomfortable sometimes. The dress code is fine. Some people dress more casually than others, which I like. Everybody is free to dress to their style (within professional limits, of course)
Dress code is very flexible - it is often understood that we dress for our day. Meaning that if you are engaging with external stakeholders, or internal stakeholders that may require you to dress more formally. But we are also given the flexibility to dress comfortably and less formally if we are working from home.
Good facilities/desk spaces, located close to shops/food, business casual dress code
