There weren't too many stages, and there was minimal interaction between first applying and moving on to the next stage which was immediately the assessment centre onsite. The assessment process in person was quite effective and conducted quite well I believe. Would be good if the students as part of the assessment centre could also get a tour of the site to see what they might be getting themselves into.
Our interview and group assessment were conducted on the same day. While the day was well-structured, I would have felt more at ease if these tasks were completed on different days. That way, I could have felt more prepared

Grads are only selected from the interns - so applicants need to be aware from their penultimate year.
