Workplace culture is friendly and inviting, during office times. It gets disrupted a bit as any of the team work from home and in office days dont line up. Very little after work activities.
The culture is very good. We have a tech hub that arranges activities for everyone in the bank. There are also grad committees that arrange different activities for grads only as well as clubs including book clubs, golf, coding, and so many more.
