Managers are generally accessible, good mentors who will offer assistance. Good at internal comms, praise and recognition.
The managers are amazing—they are very approachable and accessible, prioritizing grads over their other work. They are always helping to the best of their abilities and give feedback and recognition.
My direct managers have been consistently supportive and have provided mentorship that I truly value. Their guidance has played a key role in my development so far. The experience with program management has felt less structured. There’s been a noticeable lack of clear direction or a defined pathway for those with career aspirations, which has made it challenging to understand how to navigate the program to roll-off journey.
Managers make the effort to connect with their graduates on a fortnightly basis and are very helpful, provide guidance on performance review, how to make the most of out of the grad program.
